U.S. Orders: Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your item(s).
International orders: Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your item(s).
All items are shipped USPS unless otherwise stated.
Deadlines for Holidays and Special Occasions:
Please place all special orders 2 weeks ahead of time to make sure you receive your item by your deadline.
If you would like to request a different shipment method or Express Mail, please let us know.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, and there are no signs of wear,
you may return your item in exchange for another item of the same price.
Please notice, we do not pay for shipping on returned items.
You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.
Any item returns without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
